Junior Girls’ School Taster Morning

Aspirational girls in Year 2 to Year 5 are invited to sample a Taster Morning at our Junior Girls’ School on Saturday 25 September, 9.30am-12.00 noon. The morning will allow girls to enjoy a variety of fun but challenging lessons, focussing on the theme of Creativity. There will also be the opportunity for parents to tour the school and meet the Head Teacher to find out more about what we offer.

Please email juniorgirls@boltonschool.org to register your interest.

Carol Laverick

A very warm welcome to the Girls' Division Junior School website. We like to think of our school as a friendly and happy place, buzzing with activity and positive energy! The atmosphere here is very supportive and purposeful, and this is what underpins our pupils' successes in all fields—academic study, sport and music.

Although Bolton School is an academic institution, we are very realistic in our approach, recognising that individuals have different strengths. We provide a wide range of opportunities for our pupils to make the most of their particular talents both within the curriculum and in the many exciting activities which take place outside the classroom.

Underlying everything that we do is a set of simple but far-reaching values: an understanding and respect for others, a sense of responsibility, the importance of self belief, and a realisation that we all depend on each other.

We are proud to be part of a School which combines a strong sense of tradition with real innovation. Our philosophy in the Junior School is a simple one: Do your best in all things, whether in work or in play. Seize the day!

We hope that you enjoy looking at our web pages. If you need any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us on 01204 434761. We will always be delighted to talk to you.
