Old Girls' Annual General Meeting
followed by Old Girls' Lunch in the Leverhulme Suite, Riley Centre

I write with notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Old Girls’ Association and to invite you to join us for the next Old Girls' Lunch here at School. Lunch will follow immediately after the AGM, which will begin at 11am. During lunch you will have the opportunity to meet other Old Girls’ and hear the latest School news from the Head of Girls’ Division, Lynne Kyle.
The cost of the lunch is £10.00 for a two-course lunch and sherry. If you would like to attend, payment can be made online using our online booking system here https://www.trybooking.com/uk/EQOW. If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the Development Office on 01204 434718, where a member of the team will be happy to help. Catering arrangements will need to be made by Monday 2nd June and therefore if you wish to attend the lunch, you will need to reserve your place before that date.
To attend the AGM please arrive for 11am, lunch will be served at 12pm. To attend the lunch only, please arrive for 12pm.
Access to the Leverhulme Suite for the lunch is via the Centre Arch and through the main reception in the Riley Centre: the Dobson Road gate is now no longer used by visitors. There are no parking spaces in the Centre Quad and parking elsewhere on site is limited; we therefore advise Old Girls to park off site and to arrive early in order to allow enough time to secure parking. If you have a disability or difficulty walking, please contact the Development Office prior to the lunch, who will be able to offer you further assistance.
