The Junior Boys presented a moving Christmas Carol Service filled with music and readings from both the gospel and Christmas poems.
Performances from the Lower School and Upper School Choirs and from the whole Junior Boys’ School lifted everyone’s spirits. The programme for the service included all boys singing the first verse of ‘Silent Night’ in Chinese and French continuing a recently established Park Road tradition.
From the beautiful hymn ‘Once in Royal David’s City’ to the closing carol ‘O Come, All Ye Faithful’, the audience was filled with Christmas spirit.
After the closing prayer, shared by Head of Primary Division Mrs Faulkner, a retiring collection was held supporting Young Minds, a charity who fight for young people’s mental health.
