A pair of Old Girls represented the GB Women’s Waterpolo team at the World Championships in Singapore in July.
Recent leavers Harriet Dickens and Lucy Blenkinship (both Class of 2024) were two of the youngest members in the quad, and were very excited to make their world debut.
The GB team started in group D, alongside Spain, France and South Africa, and went on to advance in second position. After a series of tough matches, the team’s positive World Championship campaign ended in a second victory over France and a final ranking of 11th place in the competition, equalling last year’s result.
