Back in October, pupils across the Bolton School Foundation planted daffodil bulbs as part of Mental Health Week. The initiative also helped new pupils to build a sense of belonging at their new school, particularly in the Primary Division settings of Beech House (Infants), Hesketh House (Junior Girls) and Park Road (Junior Boys).
Last month, as the Spring Term drew to a close, pupils were delighted to see their daffodils grow and bloom as the weather warmed up throughout March.
Watching the bright and cheerful daffodils appearing across the Bolton School campus alongside other spring flowers was a wonderful way for pupils to connect to nature, promoting mindfulness and boosting wellbeing.
